I'm Baaaaack!

Not that I've been away, but my speed is back to what it used to be before last Saturday's long walk.

Average Pace - 11:51
Total Workout - 1:11:06

I was able to get my heartbeat up around 165-175 bpm on this walk. Compare that with only 140-150 bpm on Tuesday.

This gives me the confidence I need to race 10 miles on Sunday--though I'm only doing it as a training run, I don't expect to win anything.
