5K "Light"

This morning I did an easy walk using my 3-mile course and it came out to longer than 5 kilometers, just like yesterday's experience with the 6-mile course being longer than 10 kilometers. It looks like I'm going to have to check the calibration at the track this weekend.

According to the RS800sd this was mostly a "light" workout.
