We took a short vacation, just a trip up the coast so my nephew, Joshua, could see something of California besides Los Angeles. When we got to San Francisco I put Joshua and Rosie on a tour bus and went for a walk with Stephen Gaudet and his friend Millicent Ishimaru. Steve did a great write-up on his blog, baycitywalker, so I'll just show where a photo and a map of where we walked.
It was a great day, Steve didn't have a hint of asthma that I could detect and it was a pleasure to meet Millicent. We kept it easy with some bursts of speed mixed in and at the end of the walk we did some speed runs and recorded them.
Anyway, vacation's over--back to the daily grind.
